- Aisle Efficiency Factors: Usable floor area is discounted based on the racking system selected:
- Selective Racking: 60% aisle deduction (40% usable).
- VNA (Very Narrow Aisle): 40% aisle deduction (60% usable).
- Block Stacking: 30% maneuverability deduction (70% usable).
- Pallet Dimensions: Standard base calculations assume a 1200mm x 1000mm footprint with a 10% buffer for flue space and overhang.
